Congratulations on taking this next step on your journey! This work will be most meaningful when you set aside uninterrupted windows of time for our work together, where your openness and receptivity can flourish.
Allow this time to be exclusively for you. Schedule your coaching sessions by selecting an ideal time, omitting distractions, and choosing a private place where you won’t be interrupted.
In addition, you may find it helpful to schedule yourself so you have additional time before and/or after each session for reflection, processing and acknowledgement.
All our conversations will be kept in the strictest of confidence, whether we work over the phone or on Zoom. I will not discuss anything we cover without your express consent, so rest assured we can do some really powerful work together in a totally safe environment.
Please complete and return these Getting Started Forms prior to our first session. They’re really helpful for both of us, so take your time with them, but return them to me at least two days before your first session so I can get to know you a bit ahead of time.
Sometimes you’ll have some FunWork to do between sessions to further distill and reinforce what we're learning. Examples include journaling, listening to music, reading, creative art projects in the spirit of exploration, breathing techniques, and nature walks. It will depend on what comes out of your sessions, and what I perceive will add to your process.
